What are your rates?

Options: A) Program Design & Implementation - $179 + gst (Approximately three hours in length, divided into two sessions): 1) Consultation and physical assessment 2) Plan development and initial program set-up 3) Follow-up and review B) Single session - $89.00 + gst C) Twelve Session Package - One hour appointments - $899 + gst D) Twelve Session Package - 30 minute appointments - $540 +gst Please feel free to contact me for rates on specialty programming such as workplace ergonomic assessments, workshops, etc...
Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, please feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to arrange a electronic gift card of your prefered amount to be sent as a gift or to yourself!
