Ergonomic Assessment & Workplace Health

Workstation Ergonomic Assessments

Maintaining correct posture and movement patterns is essential in helping reduce repetitive stress injuries. We spend thousands of hours over the course of a year engaged in repetitive movements (some as simple as answering a telephone), be sure you and your team's office space is optiminally designed to reduce the risk of injuries. Using guidelines followed by organizations such as the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health & Safety, and Worksafe BC, a thorough assessment will be conducted to help ensure your workstation is purposely designed for you or your team.

Including:

  • Onsite postural review.

  • Chair / desk assessment

  • Workstation (monitor postion, keyboard, etc) assessment.

  • Primary and secondary workspace assessment.

  • Lighting and glare review.

  • Report including adjustments made and further recommendations.
